2. What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the name, mobile number, email address and approximate gold weight you enter. If you visit us or book a doorstep valuation we also record the government photo identification required by law for any transaction in precious metals, along with the details of the ornaments and the amount paid.
3. Why we collect it
Contact details are used only to respond to your enquiry, quote a rate and arrange a valuation. Identification and transaction records are kept because dealers in precious metals are legally required to maintain them.
4. How the enquiry form works
This website has no database. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp on your own device with a prefilled message; nothing is stored on this site and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Your message is then handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only where the law requires it, or with a bank or finance company when you have asked us to settle a gold loan and release pledged ornaments on your behalf.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference is kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit; it never leaves your device.
